How does our service work?

We are a MOBILE Repair Service. There is a Minimum $75 charge for each mobile visit in Henry County .

Once we are on location to service your equipment, we will diagnose and let you know upfront the repair cost. Most repairs can be completed during this appointment because we keep common repair parts in stock.

It is difficult to stock all the different types of specialty parts for all the different types of equipment, so an Installation appointment may be required. If you know the parts needed prior to your 1st appt (a lot of our customers do), we encourage you to have those parts available at the 1st appt. This saves you time and money!

If you don't know if specialty parts will be needed, no problem! We will let you know at your 1st appt what part(s) you need to order (usually from Amazon). After you order your parts, you can schedule your Installation appt based on the delivery date for your parts.

Customer reserves the right to refuse a repair at any time, but will be required to pay the
Minimum Mobile Fee.
Due to the complexity of repairs, we do not give quotes over the phone.
