How does our service work?

Caleb’s Mobile Small Engine Repair is a MOBILE Repair Service. We come to you! Due to the complexity of repairs, we do not give repair quotes over the phone.

We charge a minimum $75 for each Henry County mobile visit. If you are outside of Henry County, please see the Outside of Henry County map below for your minimum.

Once we are on location to service your equipment, we will diagnose and give you a repair quote. Most repairs can be completed during this INITIAL appointment because we have specialized equipment, and we keep common, universal repair parts in stock. If we are able to complete your repair at this INITIAL visit, you will only pay the repair quote.

It is difficult to stock all the different types of specialty parts for all the different types of equipment, so a FOLLOW-UP Installation appointment may be required. We will let you know at your Initial appointment what part(s) need(s) to be ordered to complete your repair (usually an Amazon link). After you order your parts and receive a delivery date, you can schedule your Follow-up Installation appointment. A priority scheduling link will be emailed to you after your appointment. You will only pay the diagnostic minimum at your Initial appointment and then you will pay the agreed upon repair quote at the Follow-up Installation Repair appointment.

TIME & MONEY SAVING TIP: If you already know the part(s) needed prior to your Initial appointment (a lot of our customers do) - example: snapped belt, old carburetor, broken blade, flat tire, etc., we encourage you to have those replacement parts available at the Initial appointment. We recommend using partstree.com and Amazon to order your part(s) - Make sure to read reviews to ensure a quality built part. You will only pay the repair quote if we are able to complete your repair using the parts that you already have on hand at your INITIAL appointment. This saves you time and money!

YES! We do Tune-ups, Seasonal Maintenance, Winterizing, blade sharpening, etc. We recommend doing these services during the off months (Oct-Feb), but we can do them during the busy season (Mar - Sept).

If you choose NOT to do the repair after receiving your repair quote, you will be required to pay the minimum to help cover our time, gas, and diagnosis.
