​How our service works

• Mobile Repair Service – We repair onsite at your home or business. 

• Service Area – Serving all of Henry County year-round.  Available to surrounding areas  during less busy months (November–February).

• Easy Online Scheduling – Book an available DATE online. Email confirmations and optional text reminders are included. Your appointment TIME requires flexibility.  To keep our prices low, we use a Map Routing Service to minimize our Gas and Travel Times. So your Appt TIME will change. Call the office if you have time constraints. 

• Methods of Payments - Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Paypal, Checks, Credit Card (3% fee)

• Residential Equipment – Initial appt typically cover (2-3) pieces of residential equipment. Example (1-rider and 1-trimmer) Call the office if you have questions or have more than (2) pieces of equipment.

• Commercial Equipment:  Initial appointments typically covers (1-2) piece of commercial equipment. Example: (x-large tractor) Call the office if you have questions or have more than (1) piece of equipment.

• $75 Minimum –  We have a $75 minimum per mobile appointment. Repair quotes are provided after an on-site assessment. Due to the complexity and variability of repairs, we do not give quotes over the phone.  Please read our  5 STAR Reviews to get an idea of our Fair Pricing and Friendly Service. 

• INITIAL appointment - Once we arrive, we will assess your equipment and provide a Repair Quote. Most repairs can be completed during this first appointment because we carry specialized tools and universal replacement parts. If we are able to complete your repair during this visit, you will only pay the Repair Quote.  If you need a specialty part to complete your repair, see the appointment type below. 

• FOLLOW-UP appointment - It is difficult to stock all the different types of specialty parts for all the different types of equipment. In this case, we will provide you with Part Purchase links. Once you have a delivery date, schedule a Follow-Up appt for us to return and complete your repair in a timely manner. You will pay the $75 Minimum at your INITIAL appointment and then pay the agreed upon Repair Quote at the FOLLOW-UP appointment.  See TIP below

• TIME & MONEY SAVING TIP -  If you already know the part(s) needed prior to your INITIAL appointment (a lot of our customers do) - example: snapped belt, old carburetor, broken blade, tire-rot, etc., we encourage you to have those replacement parts available at the INITIAL appointment. We recommend using partstree.com to find your part and Amazon to order your part(s) - Make sure to read reviews to ensure a quality built part. You will only pay the Repair Quote if we are able to complete your repair using the parts that you already have on hand at your INITIAL appointment. This saves you time and money!

• TUNE-UP / Maintenance Appointments - We offer Seasonal Maintenance Tune-ups, Oil changes, Blade Sharpening, and Winterizing, etc. ​Prices range from $125-$300 and can include standard replacement parts for an oil change, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, grease fittings, blade sharpening or replacement, air-up tires and a general inspection.   

• Tire Service for Mowers -  We CAN air-up, plug known holes, and install fully rimmed new tires. We CANNOT place outer rubber tires on your inner metal rims. The new tires must already be on the rims.  

• Welding Services:  We can weld broken equipment in some cases.  We will assess at your INITIAL appt the severity of the break and the time needed to complete the repair.
