​How does our service work?

• We come to you - Caleb’s Mobile Small Engine Repair is a MOBILE Repair Service.  Sorry, we do not offer drop-off services at this time. 

• Our Local Service Area - ALL of Henry County.  We have divided Henry County in half to minimize travel times: See the WEST and EAST Henry County Map provided below. We will open our local service area to some surrounding areas when our schedule allows...usually November - February. 

• Quick & Easy ONLINE SCHEDULING -  Check Availability and Schedule a DATE ONLINE!  Schedule ONLINE because appointments book quickly March thru October. It's also the best way to receive text reminders. All appointments  receive an  EMAIL CONFIRMATION and email reminders .  

• We charge a $75 mobile minimum - You will either pay $75 for your Repair Diagnosis or you will pay the Repair Quote.  You will NOT pay both at one appointment. Due to the complexity of repairs, we do not give repair quotes over the phone. Please read our 5 star reviews to get an idea of our Fair Pricing and Friendly Service. 

• Methods of Payments - Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Paypal, Checks, Credit Card (3% fee)

• INITIAL appointment - Once we are on location to service your equipment, we will diagnose and give you a repair quote. Most repairs can be completed during this INITIAL appointment because we have specialized equipment and we keep common, universal repair parts in stock. Our goal is to complete your repair at this INITIAL appt so that you only pay the Repair Quote. Initial appts typically last 30-60min.  If your repair is estimated to go longer than 60min or if you need parts, you will be asked to schedule a FOLLOW-UP appt. See the Time & Money Saving Tip  below if you already know the part your equipment needs. Tire Service for Mowers -  We CAN air up, plug, and replace tires, but we CANNOT put rims on tires. The tires must be on the rims.  

• FOLLOW-UP appointment - It is difficult to stock all the different types of specialty parts for all the different types of equipment, so a FOLLOW-UP appointment may be required. We will let you know at your INITIAL appointment what parts you need to order to complete your repair (usually an Amazon link) or if we need more than an hour to complete your repair. We will schedule a priority FOLLOW-UP appointment with you,  so that Caleb can return to complete your repair in a timely manner.  You will only pay the Diagnostic Minimum at your INITIAL appointment and you will only pay the agreed upon Repair Quote at the FOLLOW-UP appointment. 

• TIME & MONEY SAVING TIP -  If you already know the part(s) needed prior to your INITIAL appointment (a lot of our customers do) - example: snapped belt, old carburetor, broken blade, flat tire, etc., we encourage you to have those replacement parts available at the INITIAL appointment. We recommend using partstree.com and/or Amazon to order your part(s) - Make sure to read reviews to ensure a quality built part. You will only pay the Repair Quote if we are able to complete your repair using the parts that you already have on hand at your INITIAL appointment. This saves you time and money!

• TUNE-UPs and Winterizing Service - We offer Seasonal Maintenance Tune-ups, Oil changes, Blade Sharpening, and Winterizing, etc. ​Prices range from $75-$300 and can include an oil change, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, grease fittings, blade sharpening or replacement, air-up tires and a general inspection.  Full Service Tune-up appts last 45-60min.
