Classic customers pay a minimum $75 Priority Diagnostic Fee that will not be charged if we repair or service your equipment. You will only pay the agreed upon repair or service charge.

Priority customers pay a minimum $125 Priority Diagnostic Fee that will not be charged if we repair or service your equipment. You will only pay the agreed upon repair or service charge. We have additional appointment times to accommodate our priority customers.
How does our service work?
Once we are on location to service your equipment, we will let you know upfront the repair cost. Most repairs can be completed during your appointment because we keep common repair parts in stock.
However, it is difficult to stock all the different types of specialty parts for all the different types of equipment, so see below on how to save time and money!
If specialty parts are needed and you know the parts needed, we encourage you to order your part(s) prior to your appointment to eliminate a 2nd appointment (This saves you time and money). If you need assistance with a part, please send us a text (678-756-0789) and in most cases, we will be able to let you know the part that you need to order (Amazon).
If you don't know what's wrong with your equipment, no problem, we can come out to diagnose and let you know at that time if any specialty part(s) need(s) to be ordered for a follow-up parts delivered / installation appointment. You will only need to pay for the Diagnostic fee that day.
If you choose to have us return for your installation, you will only pay for the agreed upon installation/repair cost. We have a special appointment type for 2nd appt installations (Parts Delivered, Ready for Installation)

SERVICE AREA: We service a radius of 15 miles from the McDonough Square (click for map) in Henry County, Georgia.
Cities include McDonough, Stockbridge, Hampton, Locust Grove, and some surrounding areas.
IMPORTANT: If you are MORE than 15 miles from the McDonough Square (click for map). please send me a text with your *Name, *Address, and *Equipment Type (678-756-0789). If we have availability, we will need to block off more travel time.
